Policy

All catering events can be booked through Catertrax, our online ordering system. Please fill out the appropriate areas in the program and your request will be confirmed.

Events should be requested 48 hours in advance to ensure the requested items are available. Events that are requested with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to chef’s selection of available items. We will do our best to accommodate your requests for last minute orders.

We also ask for your cooperation by not removing any carts from your original location to a new location.
